While we are expecting the launch of the Ja 3, we have more colorways of the Ja 2 that are still arriving at retailers. The next pair, the NRG NY “Scratch,” will land in June 2025. This pair could be connected to the “NY vs. NY” collection, which pays homage to the streetball tournament in New York.

Looking closer, this Nike Ja 2 is dressed in a Green Strike, Hyper Pink, Black, and Barely Volt color combination. As you can see, a vibrant shade of Green appears on the upper, while Pink fills in the Swoosh logos. Surrounding the Swoosh are Black scratch marks, hence the nickname. The Green overlay around the toe has tiny knots, while a Barely Volt covers the midsole. Next, Ja’s logo on the tongues features Pink, and the 12:AM branding is on the heels. The design is completed with a Light Green rubber outsole.

Update (6/2/25): See the official photos of the “Scratch” Ja 2 NRG NY. Although the pair appears to be inspired by the NY vs. NY tournament, it doesn’t feature any of the signature branding. It will be released on June 13th.
